Confidentiality
	When considering outsourcing material for transcription, confidentiality is the primary concern of our clients and it is therefore a key part of our terms of business. All our employees sign a confidentiality agreement. All typing is done in our Northern Ireland office by a team of skilled, experienced legal typists. We do not use home based typists. We will receive a digital audio file by E-mail and return a word document by E-mail. No documents are printed and all files are deleted from our system after 14 days.
